No ID card, No Dealer / Outlet PRice policy

To our Valued Dealers / Outlets,

This memo is to inform you that we are implementing the “No Identification (ID) Card, No Dealer / Outlet Price” policy. The purpose of this policy is to eliminate the risk of other unauthorised people(s) using your credentials to purchase products at dealer / outlet rates. This policy will be implemented from the 19th of May 2025.

Moving forward, we will require all our dealers / retail outlets to bring their ID card whenever they are picking up products. In any instance where your ID card cannot be presented to Sula-Gas staff, the price of LPG cylinders will be at standard customer prices (i.e., not at the discounted price).

(Sa aming mga pinahahalagahan na Dealer / Outlet,

Ang memo na ito ay para ipaalam sa iyo na ipinapatupad namin ang patakarang "No Identification (ID) Card, No Dealer / Outlet Price". Ang layunin ng patakarang ito ay alisin ang panganib ng iba pang (mga) hindi awtorisadong tao na gumagamit ng iyong mga kredensyal upang bumili ng mga produkto sa mga rate ng dealer / outlet. Ipapatupad ang patakarang ito mula ika-19 ng Mayo 2025.

Sa pasulong, hihilingin namin sa lahat ng aming mga dealers / retail outlet na dalhin ang kanilang ID card tuwing kukuha sila ng mga produkto. Sa anumang pagkakataon kung saan ang iyong ID card ay hindi maipakita sa kawani ng Sula-Gas, ang presyo ng mga silindro ng LPG ay nasa mga karaniwang presyo ng customer (ibig sabihin, hindi sa bawas na presyo).)
